The center must ALWAYS have a phone number where parents can be reached during the day. It is your responsibility to make sure that this information is updated. You must inform Carriage House if your number has changed or been disconnected.
If you do not have a number where you can be reached, you must give us the number of a person who can reach you or who can take the child in case of emergency. It is best to have several emergency numbers we can try. We will update authorization forms every October.
